bhaggo Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bhaggo platform and all its services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who accesses this platform through bhaggo's website, mobile app, or any other channel.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, or multiple people operate separate accounts from the same device, all associated accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, national ID number, mobile number, email address — must be true and complete. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled and the associated balance may be zeroed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing others to access your account or sharing your password is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact bhaggo's support team immediately. You are advised to change your password regularly to keep your account secure.

bhaggo will not be responsible for any loss to an account caused by the user's own negligence.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bhaggo: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. Verification may require a national ID or passport and mobile number confirmation. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Right to Refuse

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — for example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, requiring ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering is completed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Misuse of bonus offers — such as claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts, using any betting strategy to avoid wagering, or attempting to fulfil bonus conditions by artificial means — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has a set validity period. Bonuses cannot be claimed after the period ends. bhaggo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

All games on bhaggo are conducted fairly. Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to influence game results or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

• Deliberately disconnecting during a game session to influence the outcome is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in games to win unfairly is prohibited.
• Colluding or coordinating fraudulently with other players is prohibited.
• Using match-fixing information in sports betting or assisting in such activity is prohibited.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited conduct is found, bhaggo reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all balances.
